App Version 2.10 So what's new?

New User Interface

As we move towards the PRO version of the app, we continue to make the user interface more intuitive. The help tab now has user guide videos with audio instructions. In particular, we have added "Useful Tips" videos to help users avoid ball detection issues.

Fixing the upload issues

­ Following the user survey feedback, we found several users faced issues uploading the video. We tested our app on the same mobile device models as reported by users and identified a few bugs. We are thankful to the user feedback in helping us fixing these issues. ­ ­

Easier error reporting

In case if users still face issues, reporting issues would be easier. We have built an error popup that allows users to directly report the issue with the click of a button. This will share the information about user's device and user's videos (file size etc, but not the video file) with our developers. No more typing lengthy messages in WhatsApp chat to describe the issues. (Indeed, users can still contact us by WhatsApp regardless)

Recording video from the app. Easier way to filter your shot highlights. Major update to the processing algorithm is due soon.
